Per Session with a 3-6 Session Commitment

Additional discounts are available for full payments on 3+ Session Commitments, and also accept partial (often half), or monthly payments towards the total project cost.

Your Project's total cost will be given upfront in a detailed and customized proposal with no hidden, or additional fees.

Chad Garrison

I am Co-Founder of, and a Coach for, Odyssey Haven Coaching & Counseling. I have served in ministry and nonprofits for over 20 years. I’ve served in roles such as Lead Pastor, Executive Pastor, Youth Pastor, Communications Director, Leadership Development Program Director and Church Planter. Chad has also served as district leadership for the Foursquare denomination. Along with my wife, Lindsay, I currently have the privilege of leading Springs of Life in Cedar Rapids, IA.

During my time in ministry, I’ve overseen leadership development, team building, creation & implementation of strategy, successful church transitions, church merges and building projects. I’ve had the opportunity to lead several missions trips, internship programs, paid & lay-leaders of all ages, and the privilege to launch many leaders into their own ministries and nonprofits.

But for all the wins I’ve experienced, I’ve also gained wisdom from the struggles that come with the territory. I know what it’s like to be bi-vocational, to lead difficult people and situations, to experience the special blend of leadership pain that comes with serving people, and also had to essentially hit the “reset” button on our church plant after it’s first two years. I’ve also learned the importance of healthy rhythms and soul care when I experienced my own burnout.

But through the good, bad and “what the—?!”, I have learned A LOT, and I love to help ministry leaders navigate all that life, ministry or their calling will bring as they courageously move forward.

My “Why” for Coaching:

Coaching has been instrumental in my own life and ministry—I simply would not be where I am today without it. I love partnering with Nonprofit and Ministry Leaders to catalyze them to move from a mindset of “NEXT”, forward into making that a reality “NOW” through coaching.
